Sad/funny moment of the day

Today a sad, funny thing happened. :) It was time for Beck to eat, but when I gave him his bottle, he started whining, which he never does--he loves to eat. I thought he may have a burp, so I put him on my shoulder and patted his back, and much more than a burp came out! The poor thing threw up/spit up (I'm not sure which) big time. That was the sad part. The funny part was that he proceeded to rub his whole face in the pile of his goop on my shoulder! I just had to take pictures!

I'm not too worried about him, as he's never done this before and hasn't done it since, but let me know if I should be worried!

I wouldn't worry. Every kid has freakish barf/spit-ups every now and then. I think it comes in the job description.

That looks stinky.

haha.. that is hilarious!! I deal with huge amounts of spit up everytime i feed Travis.. and if its been awhile after he ate i looks like that (milk curdles in the stomach.) I wouldn't worry at all.. he just didn't get the air up after his last feeding.

OH that is sad... and funny. I'm sure his little tummy felt much better after that.

Ha...yeah I've now had two kids do that to me. I wouldn't be worried at all, just sometimes they eat a lot, and don't get a burp out and then stuff comes out. :) It's funny that he just rubbed his head all over in it though, I think both my girls just pushed as far away from it as they could. :)

Oh honey if this is your first major nasty you are doing really good. It took my a little while to figure out that Eraleigh couldn't handle me eating/drinking dairy while nursing. One night Richard and I combined changed 5 shirts in one hour!
